We ship worldwide via DHL or ARAMEX at additional freight charges.

To get a shipping quote, please contact us with your location, and we’ll provide freight options for your region.

Freight costs are invoiced separately after your board purchase, based on your shipping destination.

Your board will not be shipped until the freight invoice is paid in full.

We take great care in packaging, but once your order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for any delays or damage caused during transit.
Returns
Returns are not accepted on surfboards unless the board is deemed faulty.
For all returns, please contact us first before sending anything back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
